I had my Right of Way staked so I didn't have to guess where my driveway should go. Jason's price was very reasonable (I checked with two others.) It gave me the impression that the other guys just throw out a figure and see if the customer is shocked, or if they go for the bait. The range of the three was extreme! After we spoke on the phone initially, Jason had me email my request and he promptly emailed a quote back to me. It was nice to have expectations of both of us in writing. Max did the fieldwork and he had a great attitude. He even voluntarily located a property corner for me that was not part of the Right of Way. Great business and customer service mentality all around!
